It is compulsory / mandatory for all food businesses having Central or State License to have At Least One FoSTaC Trained and Certified Food Safety Supervisors for every 25 Employees or part thereof on all their premises. However looking at the current market situation it is advisable to have atleast 2 supervisors to ensure that the absenteeism is covered and system implementation is proper. This Training program is conducted by highly qualified and experienced FoSTaC approved trainer and evaluation is also done by FoSTaC approved assessor.
