Punyam Academy has added one more feather in its cap by successfully organizing one-day training program on Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) on 25th June 2018, at Diamond Conference Hall, Punyam Academy, Ahmedabad.
Punyam Academy received overwhelming response to this program. All the seats were booked much before the last date of registration and total 40 participants from 16 different food organizations attended this training program.
Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), on 06th October 2017, has made training mandatory for food businesses in all states. Now, all Food Business Operators, having more than the specified number of personnel, need to have at least one trained person in their business premises to ensure food safety. In order to facilitate this training, FSSAI has designed a large scale Food Safety Training & Certification Program (FoSTaC) for food businesses across the value chain.
In this context, Punyam Academy, industry leader in training on international compliance standards, organized this one-day training program as per FSSAI guidelines for general manufacturing-advance level. This training was conducted by FSSAI approved FoSTaC trainer Mr. Brijesh Patel and Ami Patel of Indian Food Solution. Assessment of the participants was done by a separate FSSAI approved assessor.

The entire training content was delivered in an easy-to-understand and implementable way. After the completion of the training the examination was taken by the assessor and based on the examination, successful participants will get the training certificate from FSSAI.
