Punyam Academy has added one more feather in its cap by successfully organizing two-day training program on "Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty" on 21st and 22nd December 2021, at Diamond Conference Hall, Punyam Academy, Ahmedabad.
Punyam Academy received overwhelming response to this program. All the seats were booked much before the last date of registration and total 35 participants from different laboratories attended this training program. This two-day training program specifically designed to teach the information and skills needed to estimate uncertainty in measurement.
The training was conducted by the highly experienced trainer Mr. Devang Jhaveri and Mr. S. Subramanian, who are highly experienced trainers and NABL assessor. The program conducted in the form of theoretical training, followed by practical calculation of evaluation of measurement uncertainty in chemical and mechanical testing as well as calibration.
During this training program, participants had learnt a practical approach to measurement uncertainty applications, based on fundamental practices. Measurement uncertainty for both testing and calibration laboratories has been discussed. Participants had gained an understanding of the steps required, accepted practices, and types of uncertainties that need to be considered by accredited laboratories.
The entire training content was delivered in an easy-to-understand and implementable way. After the completion of the training the examination was taken by the assessor and based on the examination, training certificates were provided to all the participants. In their feedback, the participants expressed full satisfaction with the way they were trained.
