- Managing Director and Founder of Punyam Academy Private Limited - Since Dec. 2021: Devang has utilized his rich experience of providing classroom training and public training to prepare remote learning management system tools, including sample documentation kits, presentation packages and an online training platform, which has benefited many industries during the Covid-19 pandemic. His rich experience of 30 years has been digitalized as industrial solutions for training and corporate compliance to various management system audits. Every year, the ISO body publishes nearly 8 to 10 new requirements-based compliance standards for various industries and organization sectors and local authorities mostly make them mandatory for the corporate world. Realizing the need for restricted travel in Covid-19 era, Devang has created and offered to the world low-priced solution in the form of training courses for system awareness, auditor, lead implementer, and lead auditor for various management systems. So far, he has provided online consultancy in more than 20 countries globally and helped companies with online training and KPO services to prepare company-specific documents. Many small and medium-sized companies have used such online courses and editable documents to make their own management system documents. In a 2.5-month time, PAPL has got more than 90 clients from more than 22 countries with a large number of visits to the PAPL website and various social media sites.
- 1995 Onwards: Since 1995, Devang is owner of National Centre of Quality Calibration - An NABL Accredited instrument calibration laboratory for various descipline.
- 1991 to 1995: As a Consulting Officer in Ahmedabad Textile Industry’s Research Association (ATIRA) helped more than 40 ATIRA Clients for the implementation of ISO 9001 standard. Core team member in ISO 9001 consulting department for 4.5 years in ATIRA (1991 to 1995). Published 5 papers on ISO 9001, TQM, and Quality Improvement. During this period, also helped big corporate houses in the textile sector, such as Reliance Industries Limited, Arvind Mill, New Sharrock Mill (Mafatlal Group), Bombay Dying, Indo Rama, etc.
- 1987 to 1991: Executive at Denim Department in Arvind Mills (Ahmedabad, India) for 4 years, looking after Quality Control and Quality Assurance for denim fabric manufacturing.
